Second series with Digby

Did primary today all the way through to setu bandhasana.....then onto second series. Never done that before.

Body hurts a lot. Thighs, knees, lower back. 

Really sore.

Got to Kapotasana. Deeper than ever before, grabbed half way down feet. Great!

But body really sore. 

Going to bed now.......tired and well, quite sore :(
